Return & Exchange Policy

Customers can use any payment method on the website to purchase goods at www.daopu666.com.
If there is no invoice or 14 days after the purchase date, the shop will not accept any refund request for the goods.
(Knife shop) CHITOSE.INC only accepts unopened packages and unused goods for return. We will charge a 20% handling fee for all returns.
Please use safe delivery channels such as USPS for all mailed goods to be returned and exchanged together with the goods to be returned and the invoice.
Purchasing goods means that you accept all our return and exchange conditions.
If the goods you purchased require basic grinding services or have been sharpened, the goods are damaged after purchase, specific orders, and clearance goods, we will not accept returns.
